Thanks to the large range of movement of the movable element, the system can be used to compensate for seismic effects. The profile has no anchoring inserts that reduce the thickness of adjacent surfaces. Thanks to the discrete system of sliding guides, the upper part of the profile remains flat, without protruding elements, which allows easy maintenance of the expansion joint area in cleanliness and reduces noise when in contact with the wheels of moving vehicles.
