A large-scale polymer flooring project at the Posnania Shopping Centre, completed by our Polish partners in Poznań.
For the shopping centre's parking facility with a capacity of 3,300 parking spaces, a total of 115,000 m² of Deckshield polyurethane flooring systems were installed:
- 97,000 m² of Deckshield ID was applied in the indoor parking areas;
- 11,000 m² of Deckshield ED was installed in the outdoor parking areas;
- 3,500 m² of Deckshield ID HD was used in the most heavily trafficked zones, including ramps and driveways.
Deckshield flooring systems protect the concrete substrate from damage caused by intensive use and the daily movement of thousands of vehicles. These flooring solutions offer excellent mechanical strength, outstanding wear resistance, and high chemical resistance to automotive fluids, fuels, chlorides, and aggressive acids.
Durable and reliable, Deckshield polymer floors also provide waterproofing properties and excellent slip resistance, helping to prevent skidding and ensuring safe vehicle movement throughout the parking facility.
