Expansion joint Conecto Sinus 06NS50-4D sinusoidal

The Conecto Sinus profile is an innovative solution on the market of products for expansion joints. Thanks to its unique design and the use of high-quality materials, it creates the impression of a completely joint-free floor surface. The use of Conecto Sinus profiles helps prevent the formation of cracks in concrete and subsequent complex and costly repairs. This system fully absorbs dynamic impacts and vibrations when passing over expansion joints, while remaining virtually invisible on the floor surface. The profiles reduce wear on warehouse equipment wheels and damage to transported goods due to the absence of level differences at slab joints.

Conecto Sinus profiles compensate for the displacement of adjacent slabs according to the insert plate size:

• Dowel 180x120x8 mm ± 15 mm in parallel and ± 20 mm in longitudinal direction;
• Dowel 180x140x10 mm ± 20 mm in parallel and ± 30 mm in longitudinal direction.

The sinusoidal profile evenly distributes loads on the floor and allows adjacent slabs to move horizontally relative to each other. The profile also reliably protects the edges of concrete slabs from damage. Another advantage of the system is simple installation. The profiles are placed in the designated expansion joint positions, fixed to the base, and connected using serrated nuts included in the set.

The Conecto Sinus system allows smooth movement of warehouse equipment whose wheels are particularly sensitive to damage caused by improperly executed expansion joints.
