Application of Flowcrete polymer systems for the alcohol beverage production facility «Khemani Group», India.
Across the entire production area of more than 3,000 m², the Flowfresh MF polyurethane-cement flooring system was installed, meeting all requirements for flooring in the food industry.
The Flowfresh MF flooring system is characterized by the following properties:
- high resistance to abrasive wear and impact;
- high resistance to aggressive chemical substances;
- thermal resistance from -40°C to +90°C;
- contains the antibacterial additive Polygiene®.
In the electrical protection area of the facility, 350 m² of the antistatic epoxy system Flowshield ESD SL was installed, which is ideal for zones with sensitive electrical equipment. This flooring prevents the accumulation of electrostatic discharges in the floor that could damage vulnerable components of equipment.
