Application of polymer flooring systems at the Australian facility «Orchard Manufacturing», which has been specialising in the production of fruit-based medical products since 1937.
Floors in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities are subject to strict requirements, as production must be carried out under conditions of high hygiene, cleanliness, and safety, achieved through the use of specialised seamless polymer flooring systems.
To ensure proper production conditions, our partners installed 1,300 m² of the Flowfresh SR polyurethane-cement flooring system in Warm Buff, Grey, and a custom Aqua Blue colour.
The Flowfresh SR system, certified to international HACCP standards, was selected by the client due to its seamless antimicrobial surface, resistance to abrasion and chemical exposure, and high thermal resistance from -40°C to +90°C.
